Founded in 2020, Curecall is a start-up specializing in remote medical monitoring of patients via SMS. Having developed an innovative SaaS platform for patient monitoring via SMS and audio, Curecall rapidly evolved, notably launching a Covid device that tracked over 6,000 patients in 3 weeks, 40% of whom suffered from eye diseases.
This initiative led to the creation of the Curecall offering, targeting ophthalmology centers for chronic and ambulatory diseases.
To improve their medical follow-up process, Curecall turned to Time2Chat in partnership with CM.com.
The objective was to move from one-way communication via SMS to a more interactive two-way conversation. This transition aimed to offer patients a more engaging and personalized experience, while simplifying exchanges with the medical team. The implementation of a protocol with questions drafted by the medical profession enables us to take stock of the patient's situation on a regular and precise basis.
This partnership illustrates our shared commitment to innovation in the field of connected healthcare, and to providing technological solutions that meet the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.

Time2Chat offers patients more fluid and personalized communication with their medical team. They can now ask questions, receive appointment reminders and medical advice via a single, native communication channel on all phones. On average, this solution saves 6 hours a week in paramedical time, freeing healthcare professionals to refocus on patients requiring assistance.
In the healthcare sector, data security is paramount. By choosing Time2Chat, Curecall guarantees patients a secure communications environment that complies with healthcare data protection regulations. This enhanced security has helped build patient confidence in the remote medical monitoring process. Having a unique number for each healthcare establishment (09) reinforces security, reassures patients and also complies with new legislation.
Thanks to Time2Chat, healthcare establishments have seen a significant improvement in the efficiency of their medical follow-up. Patients have responded positively to this transition, with high adoption of the new communication system: between 93 and 97% of patients answer all questions. Healthcare professionals have also benefited from a reduction in the time spent on post-hospital follow-up, enabling better allocation of resources. Around 93% of patients have no complications requiring specific attention, enabling healthcare staff to concentrate on those who really need it.
Our ambition is to make SMS the leading channel for capturing healthcare data in Europe.
This collaboration between CM.com and Curecall marks a further step towards connected healthcare by combining CM.com's communications expertise with Curecall's patient monitoring platform. This partnership has helped to improve the care of chronic and ambulatory patients in hospitals and care centers, particularly in the management of glaucoma.
