With the Future Digital Awards for Telco Innovation, Juniper Research recognizes the most innovative and impactful telecommunication solutions. Two of our software solutions have been awarded Platinum: Mobile Service Cloud for Best CCaaS Solution, and Mobile Marketing Cloud for Best Conversational Commerce Solution.
