General Information

How do I get a DGP Card?

The cards can be purchased at special points of sale during the event. Once you receive the card, you need to top it up with a minimum amount of € 20.

What are the costs for using the DPG Card?

The purchase costs vary per event. Ask during the event for the conditions. The card is free to use during the first 2 months, after that a surcharge of €0.99 will be charged after you activate the card.

Where can I use the DPG Card?

Before registration you can only use the card at the event. After registration you can use the card anywhere VISA is accepted. This also applies to online purchases, paying abroad, and cash withdrawals.

When does the card expire?

The expiration date is on the front of the card.

Who is behind the DGP Card? Is my balance safe?

The cards are issued by DiPocket Limited, a UK-approved and regulated financial institution, member of Mastercard International. The balance is held in highly rated European banks. This card program is offered in cooperation with CM.com BV.

How do I get the pin code to make a purchase over €25?

When registering, you can set the pin code yourself. You can always find out your pin code via cm.com/dgpcard. In addition, the pin code is printed on the receipt at all top-up times during the event (only for non-registered cards).

Card Registration

How can I register my DGP Card?

You can register your card at cm.com/dgpcard. Registration requires some basic information, such as your mobile phone number, first and last name, date of birth, email address and residential address. To comply with legislation and for your own security, you must also take two selfies and scan a photo ID. Registration is only available to persons 18 years of age and older.

Can I register my DGP Card after the event?

Yes you can! You can register yourself at cm.com/dgpcard and enjoy the full functionality of the card.

What are the benefits of my DGP Card after registration?

Registration gives you access to many attractive features and savings:

- Make contactless payments at any point of sale where Mastercard is accepted.

- Easily add a debit/credit card from another bank to top up your card or transfer funds via wire transfer.

- Take advantage of favorable exchange rates when using the card abroad.

- Block and unblock the card.

Check Balance and Top Up

How can I top up the card?

During the event, you can top up the card with cash or your debit card at the points of sale. After registration, you can also top up your card via cm.com/dgpcard. The upgrade fee is 2% of the amount to be upgraded with a minimum of €2.00.

Can I top up my DPG card with iDEAL?

Unfortunately not at this time. We are working on it and hope to offer this method later this summer.

Where can I check the balance on my DPG Card?

You can check the balance of your card at the points of sale during the event. In addition, you can check the balance during and after the event at cm.com/dgpcard.

Can I use my DGP Card to withdraw cash?

You certainly can. After registration is complete, you can use your card at any ATM that accepts Mastercard cards.

Can I withdraw the balance left on my DGP Card?

You can withdraw the balance at cm.com/prepaidcard or cm.com/dgpcard. After registration, you can spend or withdraw the funds as you can with any VISA card. If you want to withdraw the remaining balance and close your DGP Card account, you can enter your IBAN and have the money transferred to your bank account for free.

What payment methods are accepted at the event?

You can purchase your DGP Card with cash or various debit and credit cards.

Solving Issues

I lost my DGP Card. What should I do?

If the card is registered, you can block it by logging into your profile at cm.com/dgpcard. You can transfer the remaining balance to your bank account free of charge during the card's validity and for one year after the expiration date; after that, you will be charged €3.99. Or you can order a new card, subject to availability. The replacement cost for a lost/stolen card is €3.99.

How can I change/ restore the card's pin code?

If you are registered, you can do this by logging in to cm.com/dgpcard. There is no charge for changing the pin code.

My DGP Card is not working. What should I do?

How to Use Google Pay or Apple Pay

Can I add the card to my (Apple/Google) Wallet?

Yes, you can also use the cards via Apple and Google Pay. You can then also pay with this directly at the event. 

How do I add the card to my mobile wallet for Apple Pay? 

- Open the Wallet app.

- Press '+' in the top right corner of the screen.

- Select 'enter card details manually'.

- From the list of banks and card issuers, choose DiPocket.

- Enter the card details: number, expiration date, security/CVC code (found on the back of the card), and your personal details.

- Accept the mobile payment terms and conditions for the card.

- Select verification by SMS and enter the code received by SMS.

- The code will be sent to the registered phone number.

- After entering the code, you can pay with your device.

How do I use Google Pay? 

- On your device, download the Google Pay app from Google Play.

- Open the app and press '+' in the bottom right corner of the screen, then select 'Payment Method'.

- Select 'Credit or debit card' and then 'Enter data manually'.

- Enter your DGP Card number, expiration date, and CVC code (found on the back of the card).

- Accept the terms of use of the app and the card.

- Select SMS as the verification method and enter the code received by SMS.

- The code will be sent to the registered phone number.

- After entering the code, you can pay with your device.
