When you want to gather more personal details (like a t-shirt size or whatever you would like to know) of your ticket buyers, you are able to create custom fields for your ticket shop and for you personalisation. Follow these steps to learn more about custom fields.
- Go to settings on the bottom left and select custom fields, in the second row
- Tab the + to create a new custom field
- Fill in the name, select what type of custom field you want to know and select your scope, also turn on the toggle if the custom field is mandatory to fill in.
- Customer: this is the most common used field, now the field will also appear in the personalisation
- Order: only the ticketbuyer needs to fill in this field
- Request: only applicable in the request shop
- Press save.
- When you have select certain types like a selectbox or a multiselect you will now see a button showing add options. Here you can fill in all the options that people can select. Also press save again after adding the options.
- Now you have to decide when the custom field will be shown. This can be done via the rule you can create on the bottom, Do not forget to save once you created a rule.
