Where can I log into the Admin Portal?
Go to the Admin Portal online and log in with your username and password, and – for security purposes – with a two-factor authentication (2FA), every time.
You'll receive a code on your phone to authenticate your account. Enter the code to verify.
After your account has been authenticated, you'll be redirected to the Admin Portal. As an Admin, you have access on a customer level, you will then see all the Conversational AI Cloud projects owned by your customer.
