You will be charged for all messages that are successfully submitted to the CM.com systems.
This includes failed SMS. In the event of SMS failure, most of the failures are caused by invalid numbers or bad/invalid messages. CM.com still incurs costs for message handling, storage and transport, Because we always perform handling, queueing, storing, logging and responding to messages, as well as operator determination and routing, we charge our customers for all messages submitted to our Gateway.
Please note: You can always examine all messages submitted to CM.com - including status reports with the reason for failure - in your own Message Log.
