How do I analyze activations of linked article answers?
The answer is being activated on a DialogNode. You can analyze the whole dialog(s), including the node(s) activating this specific answer, through the Dialogs dashboard. And if you know (one of) the Dialognode(s) that give this answer, you can filter the Answers dashboard on the Dialognode id. From there onward, you can potentially also filter on the Answer text (right click > select) and find out the total activations across all nodes giving that answer.
