Is the CM Voice platform geo redundant?

Yes. The CM Voice platform is geographically redundant.

CM has Point of Presence locations in the following cities:

  • Breda (NL)
  • Rijen (NL)
  • Eindhoven (NL)

You can configure a primary and secondary SIP trunk connection with the above platforms via the Voice Management app. In this we do encourage to use the DNS address instead of plain IP-addresses. This way we can manage redundancy between our platforms for you. You can still use our IP-addresses in your configuration if you wish as shown under "Unable to connect via DNS".

Please ensure to download your latest Techform when you want to whitelist our IP ranges. You can download your Techform via Voice Management under SIP Accounts:
