Due to various reasons a refund can be initiated, when you cancel an order in the dashboard only the tickets are invalidated (no refund is set in motion yet). This article gives a step-by-step explanation and to initiate a refund.
- Contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support team ([email protected]). Please included the order number and which tickets should be refunded.
- Our team will process your request and prepare the refund batches (the tickets will be cancelled automatically).
- An invoice will be sent to you (visible in your CM.com account), once this is payed swiftly we can execute the requested refunds this.
