Why are some context missing from my filters in the Customer Journey dashboard?

Answer

The Customer Journey dashboard splits the Context filter into two levels. The first level 'Context' lets you select which Context you are interested in checking the values of. The second level 'Context Value' lets you select the specific value for your first-level context your are interested in. To prevent issues with blank Context values, the second level still incorporates the Context name in the string shown.

If there are only a few contexts, it can be easier to just filter directly on Context Value, and that is in fact how most of the dashboards are currently (but not always, historically) have been set up. However, if there are many contexts, or a few contexts but with many and similar values, it can be easier to filter on the top level first.
