Ticketing filters in the Customer Data Platform
There are several filters / 'events' in the CDP that can be used to create segments. Below the options are explained:
CM Ticketing: Ticket Sale
All profiles who are the owner of an order (this filter also includes orders that are sent out through the guest list):
E.g. Person X purchased an order of 4 tickets, person X is sent to the CDP with the 'event' CM Ticketing: Ticket Sale
When barcodes are imported in the Ticketing app (e.g. to make them scannable) they are not send to the CDP.
In order to specify this, the following filters within the 'Ticket Sale' event can be used (examples are: for which event did they purchase a ticket, is it a guest list order yes/no, which tickettype is in the order):

CM Ticketing Personalisation
If ticket personalisation is active in the account, and this is completed also the ticket holders are sent to the CDP.
E.g. is Person X purchased an order of 4 tickets, 4 persons need to specify their user details and are sent to the CDP as 'event' CM Ticketing Personalisation
In order to specify this, the following filters within the 'Personalisation' event can be used (examples are: for which event did they personlise a ticket or which tickettype did they personalise):

CM Ticketing: Customer Details
When a consumer fills out their user details in the ticketshop, their customer details are sent to the CDP regardless if they complete their order.
It is not possible yet to specify for which specific event they filled out their customer details (for retargetting them)
