If you accidentally archived your conversation, the easiest way to find it back is using the filter option on the main dashboard.
Select the filter - Choose "Archive" for state. Add the filters needed. For example:
[Start date] - [After] - [Date and time just before you archived your conversation]
[Owner] - [is] - [Your name or the name of the owner of that conversation]
Once the layers are added to your filter, click the "APPLY FILTER" button. The conversation will most likely be in the results.
