For calls to China(+86) the following rules & regulations apply:

• No call center traffic is allowed
• No aggressive dialer traffic is allowed
• No in-country (+86 A-number) traffic is allowed
• No wholesale traffic is allowed
• Sending calls with the above traffic profile might result in rate increases and a direct block on the destination.
