Steps
It is possible to design a custom-made ticket template/ticket layout for your ticket types.
When clicking in the right menu on tickets, you can click on top of the dashboard on Layouts.
Here you can add a new template. When clicking on this blue button you can choose a pre-fixed template which you can fill or an empty template that you can design from scratch. Click on the preferable template.
You get an overview of the template and in the left menu you can drag the items to the ticket template.
In the right menu you can make some changes in for example the width and height of an image, when dragging the image icon to the template.
Make sure to enter a title at your ticket layout so you can find it more easily later.
When you want to save the ticket layout, first click in the left menu on return. Here you can see the save button. Make sure to do this step and save your new ticket layout.
