When sending out Marketing campaings you can take the following segments into account
Targeting previous ticket holders that do not have ticket for upcoming event (without using ticket personalization)
Example case: Visitor X had a ticket your event in 2022 but did not buy a tickets for 2023 (the underlaying years/editions are the variables).
The visitor did purchase a ticket for 2022 -> Ticket Sale occured at least 1 time for event name Festival 2022
AND
The visitor did not purchase ticket for 2023 -> Ticket Sale occured at most 0 time for event name Festival 2023
Targeting previous ticket holders that do not have ticket for upcoming event (with using ticket personalization)
Example case: Visitor X had a ticket for your event in 2022 but did not buy or personalised a tickets for 2023 (the underlaying years/editions are the variables).
The visitor did purchase a ticket for 2022 -> Ticket Sale occured at least 1 time for event name Festival 2022
AND
The visitor did not purchase not personalised at ticket for 2023 -> Ticket
OR
The visitor personalized a ticket for 2022 -> Personalisation occured at least 1 time for event name Festival 2022
- Targeting previous event visitors that do not have ticket for upcoming event (with using ticket personalization)
- Targeting previous event visitors that do not have ticket for upcoming event (without using ticket personalization)
