Synchronisation of your resources can be triggered both manually and on a schedule. Please be aware that when a data sync starts, it can take a while (depending on the amount of data). Only one training can happen at any given time.

Manual synchronisation

A synchronisation of all files can manually be triggered at any point in time using the Sync button in the top right of the Knowledge screen. It is also possible to perform a partial synchronisation of a subset of your resources. To do so, select the relevant resources and subsequently click on the smaller Synchronise (...) button that's located right above the resources.

The Status column will show which files are actively syncing at that moment in time. If desired, a sync can be stopped using the Stop button.

Scheduled synchronisation

You have the option to activate or deactivate scheduled synchronization in the Profile Settings screen. Once enabled, you can specify the days when your resources should be synced. This can be particularly useful if you want your website to sync automatically whenever a e.g. a new blog post is added.
