Channels in the Admin Portal

In Channels, you can configure different communication channels for your project. Each channel will have its own set of articles configurable in the CMS.

Channel types: Text and SSML (Voice)

To add a new channel, click the "Create channel" button. Enter a name for the channel, and select the type. 

Once you've created a new channel, it will appear in the CMS Output editor:
