How do I customize mobile ticket layout?

Within the ticketing environment, you can customize the layout of the mobile display. This allows you to optimize the mobile experience of your customers. You can do this by going in the menu to Tickets -> Mobile Templates. Here you can create and configure the mobile view of your tickets. Click on the '+' icon to create a new template or click on an existing template to edit it. The default CM template cannot be edited.

In the editor you first give your mobile template a name. Next you choose which information can be shown on the mobile ticket. The options below are available:

- Show event date (shows the start date of the event. (Note: for a multi-day event this is the start date of the entire event, this can cause confusion for visitors if they have purchased a ticket for a later day).

- Show expiration date (shows the expiration date of the ticket, if applicable)

- Show ticket price (shows the ticket price on the ticket)

- Show purchase date (shows the purchase date on the ticket)

Then you can upload 2 images. The banner/logo is shown at the top left and the 'background' replaces the background of the mobile ticket. In the editor you will see a preview of how it is displayed on the screen.

Keep in mind that you add a picture with one of the following sizes:

Banner size: 820 w x 310 h (max 1MB)
Logo size: 200 w x 200 h (max 1MB)

The banner image or logo will be shown on top of the Mobile Ticket.
