How to perform bulk actions in Mobile Service Cloud Basic?

Steps

It is possible to perform bulk actions in Customer Contact: 

1. Select the chats you want to perform the bulk action with.

2. Click on the 3 dots:

3. Select the bulk action you want to perform

- Archive all: archive all selected chats

- Assign all: assign all selected chats to a specific agent

- Download all: download all selected chats

- Tag all: add a tag to all selected chats
