Introduction

The Agent Inbox, part of the CM.com Mobile Service Cloud (MSC) suite, supports customer service teams with the ability to host four different wallboards:

  1. Instant Workload
  2. Productivity Workload
  3. Sales Insights
  4. Voice Workload

These wallboards display real-time actionable data, helping teams make informed decisions throughout the day.

Note: Wallboards are not for reporting purposes. For historical data visualization, customers should consult their advanced dashboards within the Analytics Portal (Pro Package) or in-app Reporting.

Wallboard Configuration

To access the wallboard settings for configuration, ensure that the wallboards functionality is enabled. This functionality is activated upon completion of an order for this Pro Add-on. Please contact your Customer Success or Account Manager for more information. Once this process is completed, you can click on the Wallboards option within the three-dots menu in the bottom left corner.

Within the wallboard settings, you will find two sections, Authentication screen and Wallboard Presets. The Authentication Screen allows you to link this Agent Inbox environment to a specific screen, whereas the Wallboard Presets section allows you to create, edit, and delete the wallboard presets you would like to display on those screens.
