If a user has been restricted from a column, that column can't be added when creating a new view.
If the user used to have access to a column and has a view with this column added, but is restricted from viewing the content of a column later, the following will happen:
- The content in this column will be blurred
- The user is not able to filter on this column
- This column is still visible in the table, but once removed via the edit modal, the user is not able to add the column again unless his/her access rights on this column will be updated.]
