Revision Logs are an important security feature intended for your Security Team, Officer, or Project Manager and provide a clear overview of changes in the Admin Portal and CMS. The log shows important changes to project settings such as changes in user roles, publication settings and more.

Revision & Authorization Logs are available in our Admin Portal with the enterprise package.
- Revision Logs allow you to see who made changes in the Admin Portal, and when.
- Authorization Logs allow you to see who has logged into the CMS or Admin Portal environments successfully.
These logs are read-only and intended for your Security Team, just in case!
Revision Logs
Revision Logs are available for the last 90 days. You can select one day in the Date selector.

Actions
Every change is grouped with similar actions. There are many actions logged such as:
Admin Portal:
- Update Project Settings
- Create a Project
- Change User Roles
- Create an Admin User
- Create a CMS User
- Remove CMS user from Project
CMS additions and changes to:
- KBAs
- KBA Events
- Entities
When you have more than one type of action in your Revision Logs, you can filter these above the table. Additionally, you can select how many results are shown, and view the earliest Revision Log at the top of your results.
If you switch between projects the page will refresh on the current page.
Authorization Logs
Authorization logs are an important security feature intended for your Security Team or Officer and provide a clear overview of recent login attempts in the CMS or Admin Portal environments. These logs show whether the login attempt was successful or not.
Authorization logs are available for the last 7 days. You can select one day in the date selector:
View Authorization Logs
First, select the date and environment for the logs that you want to view.
When you click on the "View Authorization Log" icon, a popup will appear for that user with the details of their login attempt:
Download Logs
You can export an overview of your selected Logs by clicking the Download button:
The file format is a CSV file using a pipe separator, so you may need to adjust your Excel or PC settings to view these files with default formatting.
