Goal
The goal of this article is to inform customers about how to use the Content Manager within the Campaigns app of the Mobile Marketing Cloud.

How to use the Content Manager in Campaigns
Step 1 - Select a channel that supports media
To begin, navigate to the Campaigns app and create a campaign with a channel that supports the addition of media such as images and videos. The following channels are supported by the Campaigns app and support at least one type of media:
- RCS
- Facebook Messenger
- Push
- Viber
- MMS
Step 2 - Select the media type
Second, select the media type you’d like to use from the dropdown. Please note that the support of file types and file sizes differ per channel.
Step 3 - Add media via the Content Manager
Third, click on the "Add" button next to the media bar to open the Content Manager pop-up. Within the pop-up, you'll find three tabs: Content Picker, Upload, and Link.
- Content Picker : Use this tab to add media you have previously uploaded. Simply click on the desired item to add it to your campaign, and the pop-up will close automatically.
- Upload : This tab allows you to upload new media files to the Content Manager. After uploading a file, click "Upload." Once the upload is complete, the media will be added to your campaign, and the pop-up will close.
- Link : Use this tab to insert a link to hosted media files. You can personalize the URL with merge tags. After clicking "Insert," the media will be added to your campaign, and the pop-up will close.
Step 4 - Check preview & edit if needed
Fourth and finally, you can review the added media in the preview section on the right side of your screen. This preview provides a visual representation of how the message will appear to the recipient. If you wish to change the media, simply click "Edit" next to the media bar to make your adjustments.
