It is not possible to remove a channel from Customer Contact. 

The impact of removing a channel from your account would be large. When a communication channel is still in use by consumers they expect an answer. But also for all existing conversations in the system there will be impact. Once “removed” the damage has been made, and cannot be corrected. You can re-install the channel, or a new channel again.
