That depends on the Payment method. For most transactions this will be immediately after the bank approved the transaction. Usually this is a matter of seconds.

When we do not yet receive a positive response back (credit card might be delayed due to a security check) it might take a few hours.

For Bank Transfers, it depends on the Transaction speed of the your bank, and for EFT (South Africa) expect at least 5 working days.
