Introduction
This document provides an overview of key features in the Mobile Service Cloud, including the Team Inbox Overview, My Inbox Overview, Performance Data, and Service Performance. It explains how to track and manage conversations, measure individual and team performance, and monitor service quality within the platform.
Team inbox overview
This overview shows the current state of the selected webstores team inbox, this combines all inboxes from all users in the environment having conversations in the selected webstores. This overview doesn't update in realtime, in order to do so you'll have to click the refresh icon on the top right.
My inbox overview
This overview shows the current state of your personal inbox. Below you'll find the definitions of all the option in this overview.
Performance data
Every user of the Mobile Service Cloud has their own performance data on the dashboard. The performance data gives you an insight to how you and the team are performing.
The dropdown menu's allows you to show data based on your personal of the team performance and the time periods today and this week. The metrics are calculated based on the options you choose.
Service performance
At the bottom of your dashboard, the Service Performance section displays key performance scores, providing an overview of the service quality and helping to track performance over time
