X (Twitter) Direct Message

The X Direct Message following functionality are covered:

• Text, Dialog, and T-dialogs
• Media support
• Standardized integration with Conversational AI Cloud's Mobile Service Cloud

X Direct Message Formatting:

• Character limit of 10.000 characters
• Placing a linebreak (single enter) will cause the answer to be split into separate chat bubbles
• No text styling formats supported
• Table is not supported
• Images of the MIME type image/gif and image/SVG are not supported
• Media can not exceed 5MB for MIME types image/jpeg, image/png, image/webp*
• Media can not exceed 15MB for MIME types image/gif
