Test Centre

Once you have set the relevant Behaviour settings and provided knowledge via added sources, you can test the chatbot using the Test Centre. This can be opened by clicking the flask button which is present on all screens in the bottom right.

In the Test Centre you can inspect the chatbot's responses & reasoning by entering a conversation. When you ask a question, the Engine will provide an answer in the conversation, and it will also show the reasoning for that answer in the Diagnostics field below. It also shows the top three most-relevant sources that were used to generate this answer. For every source, you can see the:

Source type, indicating whether the source is added via e.g. the web crawler or as a file
Distance, where a lower distance indicates a higher similarity between the question & knowledge chunk
Content, which can be viewed by clicking the Eye icon
