Apple Messages for Business, or Messages for Business, allows customers to interact with a business through the Messages app. Businesses engage with a Customer Service Platform (CSP) provider like CM.com to manage customer inquiries through Business Chat.

Step 1: Go to Apple Register and create your Messages for Business account with Apple.

Step 2: During the registration process, let Apple know you choose CM.com as CSP provider (you can select our name there and we will be informed), indicate the names of your project team, approve the Apple terms, and upload your branding.
