Great that you’ve started the CPaaS Trial! To send your first message you have to register the phone number to use during your Trial. You can only send messages to phone numbers that are successfully added to your Trial Settings. You can find the Trial Settings in the ‘Channels’-app on the CM.com platform.
How to add a phone number?
You can add the phone number of any user in your CM.com platform account when they have a phone number added to their profile.
Under Channels > Trial Settings take the following steps:
1. Click on “Add phone number to Trial”.
2. Select the user you want to add to the whitelist. Please note that if a user has not added a valid phone number it will not be possible to add that user to your trial settings.
3. Click on “Add” to add the selected user to your whitelist.
You can add up to 3 people to your Trial Settings.
There are no users in my list to add
If you cannot see any users, you probably didn’t invite any users to your organization on CM.com. You can learn more about adding users here.
I cannot select the user I want to add to the Trial.
When users have joined your organization, they must enable Two-Factor authentication before you can add them to the whitelist. This makes sure that we send the message to the correct person! You can learn more about how to enable 2FA here.
I can’t find the user I’m looking for
If you cannot see any users, you probably didn’t invite any users to your organization on CM.com. You can learn more about adding users here.
How can I remove a phone number from my whitelist?
You can remove the phone number from a user by clicking the delete icon under Channels > Trial Settings.
