Content Manager

The Content Manager allows users to upload and manage content used in the Mobile Marketing Cloud. It allows users to upload & store various assets, such as images, documents, and video files, in a centralized location. These assets can then be easily accessed via the Mobile Marketing Cloud applications like Email Campaigns, Campaigns, and Pages.

The Content Manager makes things easier for marketers by offering one place to handle all their content. This helps keep things consistent across various channels and boosts teamwork. By simplifying content management, marketers can spend more time crafting great campaigns and less time on finding media.

Supported File Types

• Audio: .aac, .mp3, .m4a, .oga, .ogg, .weba, .wav
• Documents: .doc, .xls, .ppt, .odp, .ods, .odt, .pptx, .xlsx, .docx, .pdf, .xml, .txt, .csv
• Images: .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .jfif, .x-icon, .png, .svg, .tif, .tiff, .webp
• Calendar: .ics
• Video: .avi, .mp4, .mpeg, .ogv, .mov, .quicktime, .webm

File size limit
Files with a size of up to 12 MB’s can be uploaded to the Content Manager.
