Why can't I assign multiple categories?

By default, you can only assign one category per article, event or dialog. In some instances, you may find that you need to assign multiple categories.

If you need to use multiple categories in your project, please send a ticket to Support to enable this feature.

Once you have this feature enabled you can add multiple categories to an article, event or dialog.
