Through a series of engaging videos, our e-learning portal will guide you through various aspects of our tool, from user abilities to platform functions. Upon completion of the course, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your mastery by downloading a certificate, validating your expertise in Mobile Service Cloud.

After resetting your password, you can log in. Once logged in, you will be automatically enrolled in courses, allowing you to complete them at your own pace.
