How to export Message Log results?

Steps

In Message log you can export your selection.

You can select all qualifying data or tick the boxes of the specific messages you want to export.

Export all *After you've set your time frame and filter, click on *Export.

Click on all results and then start export. Please be aware that bigger exports take longer to prepare.

Export selection First make a sub selection by either clicking on Select all on page or by ticking individual boxes. Then click on Export to make an export of the selected messages.

Note that in the downloaded overview, timestamps are shown in UTC.

MultiPart Messages Export

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: When exporting “Visible results”, only the first part of the multipart message will be included in the export.

We do indicate which messages are considered multipart in the export-file, as well as the total amount of parts it has. To have each part of a multipart message included in the export, it is advised to use the “All results” export. In this export, each multipart will be visible as one row of data. To get an understanding of which messages belong together, you can sort the export on the "User Data Header" column. This is a unique value which represents a multipart message and all its parts.
