Steps
After login click on the 9 dotted symbol in the top right corner of the screen as depicted below.
Click on Voice Management
All outbound platforms are disclosed behind two DNS SRV records. This to ensure automatic fail-over in case of issues on the CM Voice platform. If you however are not able to use DNS SRV click on "Unable to connect via DNS" to get an overview of the direct SIP endpoints.
Don't forget to click on save. The adjustments can take up to 15 minutes to process.
