Workflow enforces what is called the “four-eyes principle of change management”. Once enabled, it guarantees that any content change on an article is approved by at least 1 other team member.
Workflow settings can be enabled/disabled via the Projects > Security menu:
After enabling or disabling the workflow feature, save your changes by clicking the “Update settings” button at the very bottom of the page:
Once this feature is enabled, workflow will be enforced for all content editors requiring their content changes to be approved by another team member. Only content editors with the additional role “Workflow Administrator” will be able to update content without requiring approval from another team member. You can assign the additional user role via the “Users” menu.
