For Google Business Messages the following functions are covered:

• Text, Dialog, and T-dialogs

• Media support

• Standardized integration with Conversational AI Cloud's Mobile Service Cloud

Google Business Message formatting:

• Character limit of 3.072 characters

• Placing a linebreak (single enter) will cause the answer to be split into separate chat bubbles

• No text styling formats supported

• Images of the MIME type image/gif and image/SVG are not supported
