Instagram Direct Messaging

For Instagram Direct Messaging the following functions are covered:

• Text, Dialog, and T-dialogs

• Media support

• Standardized integration with Conversational AI Cloud's Mobile Service Cloud

Instagram Direct Messaging Formatting:

• Character limit of 1000 characters

• Placing a linebreak (single enter) will cause the answer to be split into separate chat bubbles

• No text styling formats supported

• Tables/Lists are under condition supported

• Only images of the MIME type image/gif are not supported for our Instagram integration. .gif will be sent as text.

• Media can not exceed 8MB
