Can I integrate between Conversational AI Cloud and my CRM?
Goal: Provide an order status in your response.
Within a dialog you can create a dialog node which does an API call out. The body and headers of the call can be configured within this node. Your CRM must have an API which Conversational AI Cloud can call and store into a dialog variable.
