Missing Recognition Task (Pro + Enterprise)

Improve recognition for your project with the Missing Recognition Task.

The logic underlying the Recognition Analysis dashboard is used to present you with the most asked questions over the past 2 days where recognition was not ideal.

User questions presented in this task, are taken from the top 10 missing entity combinations. In a nutshell, these are questions that might get an answer online but aren't actually being recognized as well as they could be.

Here is how the task will look like once you open it from the Tasks screen:

How it Works

You (the Content Editor) are presented with a question that didn't get entirely recognized by the logic of Conversational AI Cloud. However, it's good to keep in mind that the end-user did receive an answer, as shown by the article on the bottom left side of the screen. This article was triggered by the user question, even if the recognition was not at its fullest for the terms used in the question. To address this missing recognition, you just need to create a new article with recognition on the two terms in the question, as opposed to the one-term recognition happening with the article that was triggered in this case.

On the right pane of the screen, you can see a list of AI suggestions. AI was already being used to help you improve entities, and now AI is also being used to present you with similar articles, so you can make an educated decision. In any case, the decision can be to create a new article or to add the question to an existing article (the currently triggered article or any other from the AI suggestions).

You can edit your article as normal on the Articles screen in Conversational AI Cloud. If you don't want to create recognition around a question, you can just skip it and go to the next one.

Notes:

• This task updates daily and is based on the last 2 days of Gap Analysis data. Adding these items from this task to your database will not be automatically updated in the Missing Recognition Task list.

• If items get ignored and not added to an article from this task, and they do get asked again within these 2 days, they will reappear in the task.
