If you see this error message when logging into Conversational AI Cloud, this means that you have too many cookies stored (more than 19) which weren't refreshed by your Microsoft Azure cache for some reason.
Fixing this issue is really simple. You'll need to remove the cookies for login.microsoftonline.com and login.digitalcx.com.
Follow these steps:
Go to chrome://settings/
Click Advanced
Under Privacy and security click Site settings
Click Cookies and site Data
Click See all cookies and site data
At the top right, search for the domain name (login.microsoft.com and login.digitalcx.com)
To the right of the site, click the trash bin
