How do I get access to the Configuration screen?
Issue
You need to set up a configuration such as a webhook or addition schema for your Conversational AI Cloud project but you do not have access.

Resolution
To access the configuration screen you must have a Content Engineer Role + External JavaScript Developer role, depending on what you need access to. If you need your user role adjusted, please contact your Project Admin to request the change.

*External JavaScript Developers must also have a Content Editor user role to be able to access the CMS. If they have the Content Engineer User role, they will have access to other configuration types, otherwise they will only see the types listed in the table.
