What does Plug & Play mean?

Plug & Play means that your new payment terminal is completely ready for use. In this way you can use your payment terminal immediately upon receipt.

Is it mandatory to have the terminal Plug & Play?

Yes. Beforehand, there are a number of actions that you as a customer cannot perform, such as connecting your payment terminal to our payment platform and installing security keys in your payment terminal.

Can I use my received payment terminal immediately?

Yes, the Plug & Play principle means that you can switch it on and use it immediately. For the WiFi terminals, your own WiFi network still needs to be set up on your payment terminal.

For the 4G terminals, when you use our CM.com simcard the terminal is ready to use.

If you use your own simcard, please make sure you place your simcard in your terminal and make sure your own simcard is M2M.
