Is it possible to disable the ticket download?

When a ticket buyer bought a ticket, it is possible to disable the ticket download or change that to a certain moment in time.

When you enter the ticketing dashboard and go to the left menu to settings, you enter the event information. On the bottom of this page you will find the part about the ticket download.

It is possible to allow the download immediately after buying the ticket, it is also possible to not allow to download the tickets, this can be the choice when you only want to send the tickets a few weeks before the event starts. And as last option you can choose 'allow from'. Here you can set a date when your ticket buyers can download the ticket.
