Sign by CM.com can be activated in two different ways:
For Post-Paid Customers
- Contact Your Account Manager: If you are a post-paid customer, activation of Sign by CM.com requires contacting your Account Manager. This information will be displayed on your screen.
- Subscription Models: If you are interested in subscription models (which are always post-paid), you should also contact us directly.
For Pre-Paid Customers
- Self-Activation: Pre-paid customers can activate Sign by CM.com by purchasing one of our 50-document bundles, either Basic or Advanced. These bundles can be bought directly within the CM.com platform.
Steps to Purchase Bundles
- Click the settings button in the menu and then click the “subscription” button (or click directly on Sign from the dashboard).
- Choose the type of bundle (Basic or Advanced).
- Select the number of bundles you wish to purchase.
- Proceed to payment and confirm your order in the final step.
The bundles will be available for use immediately.
Note: based on the account settings it can be possible that contact with CM.com is required. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible.
