When creating a new campaign on of our supported channels, your GenAI assistant is here to help you draft compelling text. Whether you already have a context and need assistance refining or rewriting it, or you're starting with a blank slate and need to brainstorm ideas, our assistant can guide you through the process. It offers suggestions, helps structure your content, and ensures your message is clear and engaging, making your campaign creation smoother and more efficient.

Simply click on the AI assistant icon in your message field and let your assistant help you!

Brainstorm

If you don't provide an initial context, we have the brainstorm option, which allows you to enter a prompt directly without any previous context. Explain as clear as possible in the prompt what kind of text you want to draft and with what tone of voice for example.

When sending this prompt to the AI assistant, it will provide you with a highlighted suggestion text. You can revert if you don't like the text or rewrite your prompt for a better suggestion. Closing the prompt dialog will leave you with the AI generated text, which of course you can still adjust yourself or use your assistant to run some other AI ideas on your text.

Simplify - Extend - Summarize - Correct Grammar - Clarify - Persuade

When you already have a context, either generated by yourself or via the brainstorm option, you can choose from several options to make your text even better.

Depending on where your AI cursor is placed, the AI assistant is placed after the AI cursor. You can set the AI cursor by clicking in the message field and then enabling the AI assistant. The AI generated text will appear after your cursor placement. The assistant does take your whole text into account (so the text before and after the placement of your AI cursor)

in the below example, we want to simplify the above text, place your AI cursor at the end of the text (or at the point you want the simplified text to be placed) and click sent. It will provide you with a simplified suggestion (in grey), which you can accept or not.

To replace the entire text with a simplified version, select all the text and execute the prompt. This will replace your text with the simplified version. If you don't select the entire text and place the AI cursor at the end of your original text, the simplified version will be added there instead of replaced.
