The data shown on this wallboard is based on the current week (from Monday 00:00 until Sunday 23:59). The data will be cleared at the start of each new week.
Sales insights per agent
- Number of deals: The number of deals of the agent. Changing the ownership of the conversation does not impact this number as we count the number of win messages linked to the agent.
- Average order value: The average order value of the agent.
- Conversion: The conversion of customer interactions vs customer interactions with a win-message of the agent.
Most recent orders
In this section the most recent orders are shown, the one on top is the most recent. For every item we show the order value and the agent including their avatar.
Team totals
On the bottom right, the team totals and averages are shown. Set team goals for the week and keep track of these KPIs.
- Total team revenue: The total revenue of the customer service team.
- Average order value: The average order value of the customer service team.
- Conversion: The conversion of customer interactions vs customer interactions with a win-message of the customer service team.
