To get a direct link to a Mobile Service Cloud Conversation, click on the info icon 🛈 next to the conversation icon on the top left corner. Click on the icon next to the URL to copy it to your clipboard.

The link can only be opened when logged in.

Alternatively, you can use the the conversation ID to get a direct link to the conversation.

To find the conversation ID, right-click on the tab of the conversation and click "Inspect":

In the 'Elements' tab, search for the "data-conversation-id":

Replace [CONVERSATION ID] with this ID in the URL.
