Wallboard and Team inbox overview do not match

Issue

Numbers do not match between the Queued workload wallboard and the team inbox overview.

Team inbox might show:

Wallboard shows:

Resolution

Note that the wallboard only shows queued workload. This means that only email and contact form will be shown. In the inbox overview all conversations will be shown.

Besides the displayed channels there might be a difference in selected webstores on the wallboard and in the team inbox overview. Please check it this matches.
