When messages cannot be delivered there can be several reasons for this. Most likely it is related to one of those reasons:
- Conversational window closed (try to send a template-message)
- You tried to send content which is not supported by the channel (try to send supported content)
- User has blocked you (nothing you can do from your end)
- User lost it’s (internet) connection, we will try to deliver the message within the next 24h (Except for live-chat messages, those need to be considered as lost).
